You own the copyright of any work you create by making it unique with your creative content. However be very careful about claiming copyright for any work that includes third party software. You need to read the license and decide for yourself how to proceed. You get the choice in many cases to purchase a license for consumer use or professional use. Music Maker is a consumer product, Samplitude is a "professional" product. The professional products provide the license to the product in many more commercial applications thant the consumer products. Your creative additions would be likely YES, as for commercial use, again, look at the agreement. As far as "owning" copyright for the instruments or any other software components of the software, my guess would be NO. You need to read and digest the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the product that you purchased. Answers are strictly the opinion of other users of Magix products.
